THIS. everyone’s thighs jiggle, muscle jiggles just like fat does. it does not mean you have fat thighs if they jiggle :)
This is a very loaded question for me because I am motivated by so many things. I would say my biggest motivation is the feeling I get after a workout or a pound lost or a mile longer I can run. I was an athlete all my life until about two years ago so the competitive side of me is very strongly motivated by those type of achievements. On the more personal side I didn’t really ever decide I wanted to lose weight because I have always “wanted” to lose weight I just had never successfully. I’d say my biggest turning point though was when I realized I *deserved* to lose weight. I never thought I could be the “thin” girl because I didn’t think it was in my cards but then I realized there was nothing holding me back from that except myself and my own self doubt. That is one of my biggest motivators, that change in my mind set.
Hope that answers your question! xo
